MEET THE MAN DOUTIMI ALAMENE, FROM FOROPA, BAYELSA STATE: A YOUTH PER EXCELLENCE.

Doutimi Alamene is a 29years old indigene of foropa community, constituency four (IV) in Southen Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa state and founder of Doutimi Alamene Foundation, an independent private community philanthropic organisation committed to improving the quality of life for disadvantaged Bayelsans, by supporting primarily health and education interventions implemented by Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs), faith-based organisations, youth organisations, women’s groups and similar groups working in Bayelsa.

Dotimi Alamene, A Cambridge graduate of Human Resource Management with an MSc in International Hospitality and Tourism Management to top it up.

A one time treasurer and President of Nigerian Students Student Society in Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. An advocate of peace and a grassroot Youth mobiliser.

Dotimi Alamene is committed to enhancing the quality of life of Bayelsans, by supporting initiatives that will improve access to health and educational opportunities.

His vision is to build a Bayelsa where all people can have access to affordable quality health care, education and equal opportunities to realize their potential.

He is interested in Community based charity Initiatives and Enhancing Quality of Education and Artisanship.

Indeed, Bayelsa state is blessed with youths with potentials, who can truly man the affairs of governance.
