IYC Students Rep felicitates with Ibarakumo Otobo.

More groups have continued to send felicitation messages to the newly appointed 33years old Youths commissioner of Bayelsa state,  Hon. Ibarakumo Otobo who was recently appointed by the Bayelsa state Governor, His Excellency Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson.

The Ijaw Youths Council students representative of central zone, comprising Bayelsa and some parts of Rivers state respectively, Comr. Gesi Fulutu, who oversees all students from the Ijaw origin in the state, has felicitated with the newly appointed commissioner.

Fulutu noted the appointment was well deserved stating that ibarakumo has been consistent and cordial in his relationship with youths especially students.

He commended the state Governor and described him as an ambassador of youths and propagator of the not too young to rule campaign.

He urged ibarakumo to always put the youths and students first in all his activities.
