Jubilation in Bayelsa as Gov. Dickson appoints 33 years old as Youth commissioner.

There is a wild jubilation in Bayelsa state as the Gov. Henry Seriake Dickson, appoints 33years old Ibarakumo otobotekere, from Tombia community, Ekpetiama clan, Bayelsa state, as youths commissioner.

Ibarakumo will be the youngest serving youth in government since democracy in Nigeria, to man such office.

He is currently in the race for mayor of Yenagoa capital city and is seeking the vote of every Yenagoa indigene.

He is 33years of age and was born 27TH MAY 1984, and a student of political science.

The Jubilation began after the screening of the commissioner nominee by the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.

Ibarakumo Otobo would be the youngest man to serve in the Bayelsa State Executive council.
