APC Stalwart congratulates Ibarakumo, commends Dickson.

An APC Stalwart in Amassoma, has commended Governor Dickson of Bayelsa State, for the appointment of a 33 years old youth, as commissioner for Youths in the state.

The APC Stalwart, Ebiwari baker, made the statement during an interactive session with Youths of Amassoma community, at his residence..

He noted that despite the party lines and political divides, the move was commendable, especially at a time when the clamour for youth leadership in governance is heightening.

He congratulated Ibarakumo Otobo, and advised him to utilise the opportunity to prove that youths can actually man the affairs of governance.

Ebiwari further called on other Governors, political leaders, to emulate the steps of the Governor by building their confidence around the youths.

He lauded Governor Dickson, and extolled him for putting hardwork and commitment first before personal interests.

He said " in the usual Bayelsa style displayed by other political leaders over the years, was monkey work baboon shop, youths were only seen as political tools to win Elections, but the Governor has shown different".
