Razak William Amatoru is a golden servant from the Tuomo community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State. He is a bona-fide Izon, blessed by the spirit Isaac Boro, Articulate like the pen is Ken Saro-wiwa and committed to champion the struggle for the emancipation of the Ijaw land victimised by continuous rape of our land, resources and people.

He is a man whose aura appeals and his antecedent is well defined by committed service,equity, transparency, peace and truth right from several mandates given to him to serve the ijaw nation. He is a silent achiever and has recorded lots of success in various offices held right from his days as IYC clan Chairman Tuomo , IYC National Secretary and also meritorious in his service as the immediate past National deputy President.

In a bid to serve the Ijaw nation more better to relieve the burden of the bruised Ijaw Youth and cause a revolutionary change, in the history of IYC Nationwide, Rasak William is offering himself as a lamb for service as the National  President of the most reverend Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide.
