KIDNAPPED FATHER OF FMR IYC LEADER'S KILLED BY KIDNAPPERS

The father of a fmr. leader of the Ijaw youths council, Barrister festus
Daumiebi who was reported to have been kidnapped by unknown Gunmen some weeks back have been released dead to the victims after collecting ransom.

The victim was kidnapped weeks back at about 3:35am in his residence at Fonibiri, Bomo clan in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area.

Further informations also reveals that the father of the IYC leader was about 72 years of age and also down with health challenges.

In a recent Facebook post, Barr. Festus Daumiebi stated as follows:

"Politics have taken a different dimension in Bayelsa State. My innocent sick father was kidnapped on the 14th of this month from his house at our home town when he paid a visit.  As at today, they have killed him even after collecting ransom from me. This is the height of test of manhood on my path".
