IYC LEADER'S FATHER KIDNAPPED IN BAYELSA

The father of a fmr. leader of the Ijaw youths council, Barrister festus Daumiebi was reported to have been kidnapped by unknown Gunmen.

According to reports, the incident occurred yesterday at about 3:35am in the kidnapped residence at Fonibiri, Bomo clan in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area.

Further informations also reveals that the father of the IYC leader is about 72 years of age and also down with health challenges.

The kidnappers are yet to have made any contact to the victim's family, meanwhile we are yet to get a compilation report from the Bayelsa state police command as at the time of filing this report.
