His message reads as follows:
"On behalf of myself and the entire gallant youths and students of Bayelsa state, I wish to extend a warm felicitation message to my boss, Hon. Prince Gabriel Jonah and His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson, the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State and his Deputy, Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah on this wonderful day that marks the creation of our great state.
It is indeed a thing of Joy and a good reason to celebrate our ascension from a small community in old Rivers State to a nation now with might and power, as a country we are also emancipated from colonial rule, truly Bayelsa has provided an avenue for us as a people to discuss and come up with ideas that will better our lives.
Your Excellencies sir, I join well meaning Bayelsans to felicitate and congratulate you, for your noble works in ensuring that Bayelsa becomes the magnificent Jerusalem site of Ijaw people.
Once again, congratulations on the auspicious occasion of Bayelsa @ 20 and Glory to God for safe delivery of our mummy who was delivered of quadruplets.
May the Almighty God continue to guide your leadership"
