Various groups protest to Buhari, calls for Dokubo sack
Different groups in the Niger Delta region has called for the immediate sack of Professor Charles Dokubo, coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty programme, over unpaid allowances, backlog of Salaries and what they also describe as the neglection of the essence Amnesty programme.
A renowned Niger Delta activitist, who also spoke on the issue, Pst Sam Graham, leader of the Niger Delta Vendor's association, urged President Muhammadu Buhari, to as a matter of urgency, sack Professor Charles Dokubo.
He stated that ex-agitators under the leadership of Dokubo, have become beggar's, being owed backlog of unpaid Salaries and allowances.
He decried that if Dokubo is not sacked, it may threaten the existing peace in the region
Similarly, a group of ex-agitators today barricaded the East west road to demand for their unpaid allowances and sack of Dokubo.
