NDU loses Lecturer again, Bestman Festus. Bodmas 18 Dec, 2019 Mr. Bestman Alakere Festus, a mathematics Lecturer of the Niger Delta University, from fonibiri community in Southern-Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa state, has been reported dead.He was said to have died yesterday.
