I am the next Gov of Bayelsa - Sen. Lokpobiri

Appeal court sitting in port harcourt today been 3rd day of December has granted an appeal filled by Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri on a controversial judgement given by a lower court.

Sen. Lokpobiri has appealed that the judgement gave by the lower do not serve his prayers where he Lokpobiri prayed before the court that he won the primary election that was conducted on the 4th of September 2019, therefore he asked the court to declare him winner based on the evidence presented before the court.

Hence, appeal court has granted his prayers, both parties have been given seven 7 days each to file, then hearing of the case will be on 30th December 2019.

Meanwhile, Senator Lokpobiri has said that he is confident that the appeal Court will grant him justice.

He assures his supporter that he is the next Governor of Bayelsa state.
