1. Swalli Market: Mondays and Thursdays are for Swalli market. You can get anything in this market, from Okrika to already made, household appliances, foodstuffs, groceries, etc. It is considered the biggest market in Yenagoa.

2. Tombia market: Tuesdays are for Tombia market. But it is well known for foodstuffs. You can get fresh fishs of all kinds, lobsters, periwinkle, Plantains, groceries and etc.

3. Opolo Market: This market is best known for Okrika clothings, shoes, bags. Although other items like fruits and goods are also sold here and some part of the market also has hairdressing Saloons. It market days are Fridays but, when going to get Okrika, please wear a tight as people drag for Okrikas in this market.

4. Kpansia Market: Saturdays. Also a busy market for clothings both okrikas. It's also for foodstuffs as everything can be gotten here.

5. Agudama Market: Fruits, Okrika wears, and other goods are also sold here. Market days are Wednesdays.

6. Okaka Market: Is a small market but, sells what you need. Market days are Wednesdays.

7. UPE/Sunday Market: Is located in Gwegwe, down Yenagoa. Its market days are sundays. Best known for clothings, shoes, bags, beddings, curtains, Okrika etc.

8. Igbogene Market: On Thursdays is also a busy market where u can get quality goods.
