I will win Elections for APC in Bayelsa - Gov. Dickson fmr. Youth commissioner speaks
Hon. Ibarakumo Otobo, Gov. Dickson's former Commissioner for Youths Development, who took the PDP by surprise, in a dramatic event, that shook the entire Bayelsa state, when he announced his defection to the APC on 20th June 2018, while still serving as a member of the Dickson's state executive council, arrived his hometown yesterday, 6th July.
Ibarakumo Otobo, who returned back to the state in a ceremonial style was welcomed honorary by a mammoth teeming supporters of Youths, women and some leaders of the Ijaw Youths Council.
Since Otobo's defection, the Bayelsa state PDP is reported to have been thrown into panic over fear of losing grip to some important voting polls in the state, as we approach the 2019 election's.
Otobo was accompanied by some big wigs of the Bayelsa APC, Osomkime Blankson, aspirant Yelga/Kolga federal constituency, Ndutimi Komonibo, Barr. Festus Daumiebi, aspirant for Bayelsa central senatorial seat, Hon. Panebi fortune, an executive of the Bayelsa state APC, and others.
During the ceremony, Otobo assured the party that come 2019, the APC will fly high in Bayelsa.
He said, "2015, I won elections for Gov. Dickson, come 2019, I will do the same for APC, when I believe in cause, I fight fearlessly and tirelessly"
He further said, his structure in Yenagoa constituency 2 is still intact, stating that the area is now a Strong hold of the APC.
