We congratulate the newly coronated Agadagba of Arogbo-Ijaw Kingdom, HRM. Pere Doubra Zacchaeus Egbunu, in Ese-Odo Local government area of Ondo state.

We say that his emergence, came amidst joy and hailing from Ijaw people from all various kingdom's.

We are extremely fortunate to have a new Agadagba, a title bestowed on him, by tradition and accepted by our ancestors. Indeed it's an added advantage to our collective growth and unity.

It is rare, especially as modernity is on popular increase, to still witness one with such great title, to us, it's a privilege and honour.

Agadagba is a Ruler, a leader, a champion, a protector of his people and an intercessor between Ijaws and the Spiritual World. A physical manifestation of Egbesu as a high priest.

Your Royal Majesty sir, Ijaw people are proud, your coronation is not just a pride to us, but to the entire Africa, to prove that despite colonisation, we are Africans and we hold our culture in high esteem.

We are convinced that you will discharge this responsibility with great wisdom and integrity as our ancestors had displayed.

On behalf of the entire members and leaders of the Egbesu brotherhood, and people of this great Ijaw nation, We congratulate you on this momentous and historic occasion and assure you of our full support.
