Leaders of Bayelsa State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are worried over the defection of Hon. Ibarakumo Otobo, who led hundreds of PDP members to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), reports Bodmasnewsblog.
The Bayelsa cyberspace exploded when the news of Ibarakumo Otobo's defection broke, hundreds of PDP supporters online expressed shock and described his exit as a great loss to the party.
Since his defection, signs of panic and disappointments have been visible within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the State, as information gathered reveals that chieftains and leaders of the party are mobilising indigenes of different communities around the state to stage a 1000-man solidarity march in Tombia community, home of the defected Commisoner, to show their strength and prove that the PDP is still intact within the area.

Speaking to an indigent of the community who spoke on condition of anonymity, he said:
