Bayelsa: Court upholds Tiwei as Bayelsa APC Chair, orders fafi and others to stop parading themselves.
According to documents made available to 'Bodmas the blogger', a high court sitting in Sagbama yesterday 2 may 2018, has ordered Joseph fafi, others, to stop parading as Executives of the Bayelsa state APC.
The court noted that Chief Timipa Tiwei Orunimighe remains the Authentic and recognised Chairman of the All progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa state.
It also noted that Chief Timipa Tiwei orunimighe be accorded all his rights and privileges as Chairman of the state chapter.
This was in response to a motion of exparte filed on the 26th day of April 2018 with suit no SHC/12/2018, by the claimant counsel.
The court therefore fixed 10th of may 2018, for hearing of the claimant (Tiwei orunimighe) motion on notice for orders of interlocutory injunction herein.
