Heavy Unrest in Bayelsa as Vigilante group and Thieves Clash (PHOTOS)

Yenagoa, the capital city of Bayelsa state was said to be in Chaos on Friday after members of a vigilante group engaged a gang of thieves in a serious chase.

According to eyewitness reports, the vigilante group was set up to tackle the rampant cases of theft and on Friday, the group swung into action to capture the culprits, after they attacked Alhaji Kpasi Yakubu Otobo the president Bayelsa state Islamic council.

Police officers later arrived the scene and arrests were made.
