Meet Yenagoa Chairmanship aspirant and youngest commissioner nominee in Bayelsa state.
He is Ibarakumo otobotekere, from Tombia community, Ekpetiama clan, Bayelsa state. He is the youngest serving youth in government.
He is currently in the race for mayor of Yenagoa capital city and is seeking the vote of every Yenagoa indigene.
He is 33years of age and was born 27TH MAY 1984, he is single, can't tell if he is searching but i personally will advise ladies to apply.
