OGBIA RALLY: Obhan-Emeyal Youths Plans Counter Rally.

Obhan-Emeyal Youths from Ogbia local government area, Bayelsa state, have started to gather at a yet undisclosed venue in preparation to launch a counter protests against the proposed solidarity rally in honour of His Excellency Hon. Seriake Dickson, scheduled for today, supposedly to thank him for the approval of one billion Naira funds meant for critical infrastructural development in the LGA.

The Youths group declared that any attempted rally will be marred with great resistance and advised the conveners to halt their intended act, giving reasons of the current breach of security bedevilling the LGA.

The President of the group, Comr. Efere Azibator, who spoke to Bodmasnewsblog.com, lamented that the solidarity rally was aimed at disrupting the existing peace in the LGA, he accused politicians from Oloibiri clan of deliberately trying to demean the local government boss, by usurping her powers and rubbing red oil to the white linen on her body, he warned of consequences if they continue with the planned rally and urged all youths of Obhan-Emeyal to come out and resist the rally.

Efere noted that youths of Obhan-Emeyal had already aligned themselves with the decision of Hon. Naomi Ogoli, the LGA boss.

In recent days, the planned rally has generated much ado in the media given that some other opinion leaders of the LGA have resisted the love.

“This is a notice to all patriotic youths of Obhan-Emeyal, no one should partake in the rally in support of Governor dickson administration, we are converging to stage a counter rally, informations will be made available soon, the rally is intended to disrupt the existing peace and demean the image of our daughter" he added.
