IYC CHAIRMAN EULOGISES LATE OSULUKU, SAYS IT'S A GREAT LOSS TO IJAW NATION.
The Chairman of Ijaw Youths Council, Central zone, Barr. Tare Porri, has received with shock and immense sadness, news of the death of a former Secretary of the Council, Comr. Jackson Osuluku, who served alongside, Maxwell Oko.
On behalf of himself and the council, he extends his heartfelt condolences to the family and the entire IYC leadership in Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government area.
He further commiserates with the entire family on the untimely loss of a very dear Ijaw son in the prime of his life
The chairman's describes Late Jackson Osuluku's death as a colossus loss to the zone, considering his enormous contribution to the growth of IYC at it fermentation stage.
The Chairman further eulogised the late Osuluku for being a worthy ambassador of the Ijaw cause and for contributing his quota to serving the nation and the development of council.
He said: “No one can dispute the fact that the late Osuluku, stood firm like a rock in preserving the interest of the Ijaw nation at a time when many were afraid to speak, and was a strong supporter of justice, equity and development".
He prayed that the family would find comfort in their moment of sadness as well as the strength to bear the loss of their loved one.
