Delta 2019: Hon. Efe Abel and Group of thousands Declares for APC in Sapele, Delta state.

As the battle for 2019 gubernatorial seat in Delta state draw closer, Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa may not be able to hold onto the seat, as more and more groups have continued to resist his second term ambition.

A political group known as " Forward For Change Forum (FCF) Led by Abel Efe, has recently joined the ruling All Progressive Congress APC with over  a 1000 members in Sapele local government area of Delta State.

This development was the outcome of a Mega Rally  organized by the Forward For Change Forum led by the President, Hon. Efe Abel.

Speaking to journalists on the decision why the forum decided to identify with the ruling party APC, Efe said that the desire to make a desirable changed in the lives of the common man on the streets and  to empower, create jobs opportunity to the average Nigerian youth and to put smiles on the faces of the less privilege, prompted him and his group declared for the APC.

The President while briefing newsmen, asserted that what the Forward For Change Forum has done, it is the right step to greatness and to bring sustainable development to Sapele local government area in line with the ruling All Preogrssive Congress, APC mandate of bringing hope to all Nigerians.

His words" today, I Mr. Efe Abel, President of the Forward For Change Forum officially declared for the All Progressive Congress APC with over 1000 registered members with voters cards; We are confident and have trust about the policies of the  party before our decision and we shall continue to contribute our quota to the growth of the party".

The group while passing vote of confidence on the President Buhari led administration, lauded the  leadership strength of the APC at the national, state and Sapele local government area, describing them as pragmatic leaders of the APC

However, our correspondence gathered that the entire Sapele local government area was agog as the group stages a mega rally to the admiration of all its supporters and others in Sapele metropolis.

Meanwhile, with a view of the ongoing political consultations, we fear the power in Delta state may change hands come 2019, except ifeanyi Okowa listens to the lamentations of the people.
