European American University confers Paul Boroh with an Honorary doctorate degree.

On Wednesday 28th June, 2017,  Officials of the European American University made a presentation and conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree on Brig Gen P. T. Boroh (rtd) the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
