COURT DENIES IYC FACTIONAL ELECO REQUEST TO STOP OMARE LEADERSHIP FROM ACTING.

The High Court eight (8) sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state today 15th March, has denied the Ebi waribigha factional IYC ELECO their request to stop the duely elected IYC new Leadership headed Barr. Eric Omare, from parading themselves as National Executives of the council.

The Court headed by Justice Ogola has therefore asked the applicants (Mr. Ebi waribigha and others) to put the respondents  (Barr. Eric Omare and others) on notice, pending the outcome of it's final ruling.

The IYC factional Eleco led by Ebi Waribigha Presented  a case against Eric Omare Led Excos of IYC restraining them from operating, but was denied and refuted by Justice Ogola.

The case was adjourned to March 27th 2017.
