SCHEDULED MEETING WITH IYC PRESIDENT AND OTHER INFORMATION

Dear Participants, I humbly wish to inform you all that the President of the Ijaw youths council (IYC) Worldwide, Engr. Udengs Eradiri has requested to meet with all contestants on Monday 28th 2016 by 2pm at his office in Yenagoa, Ijaw House. This meeting is compulsory for all, those outside are advised to make it to Yenagoa before 10-12pm. You are to come with your traditional attire as the meeting will be covered by media operatives, I have made reservations where you can stay and also to change dresses.

Please also take note, to come with funds of your already sold tickets to assist us in planning camping and other activities Properly, the remaining tickets can be submitted when coming to camp or before the 8th of december, this is to enable everyone meet up to the stipulated
30 out of 100 marks.

Some of you have had little responses online, please do well to improve as it attracts 40marks.

Our meeting point will be:

Okutukutu community, Tamic Road by Egbegi hotel, but you are to stop at Tamic Junction and call: 07036177778 for direction.

For your information, the IYC President is working out modalities to get a car for the overall winner, he has contributed the following:

• 150k + 1hp laptop and printer for first prize. (Plus 50k, Scholarship and Job offer  we shall add)

• 70k + 1hp laptop and printer for second prize. (Plus 80k, Scholarship and Job offer  we shall add)

• 50k + 1hp laptop and printer for third prize. (Plus Scholarship and Job offer  we shall add)

• 1 laptop + printer for fourth price.

This is keeping the promise of our stipulated prize of 200k for first prize, 150k for second prize and 50k for third prize.

We on the other hand are working round the clock to ensure we get consolation Prizes for every participants and possibly Job offers too, we are taking record of our  serious and resilient participants for reward purposes.

Don't Forget:

Bear in mind the following:

• Camping activities which will include varies of Programs will commence on 3rd December 2016. You will be notified through sms.

• We do not charge for camping fee, except you are unable to complete your ticket task on time before the camping date, then you are to pay #20,000 but if you completed about half of it, then you are not to pay the camp fee. Note that sales of all tickets is mandatory as it attracts it's own marks to enable you win.

• Your camp dress includes white tops, or you get the customised dress @#2800 if interested.

• Come with the Holy bible to camp, and do well to study the books of Moses, Joshua, Kings and the Judges.

• For the females, cost of your hair, nails and eyelash will be paid for by us, you only need to provide the attachment, weavon and the eyelashes, but if you desire to do it yourself, no problems.

• Our order of grading are as follows:

- Online Voting ~ 40%
- Tickets sales ( regarded as Entrepreneurship skills) ~ 30%
- Main event ~
15% from crowd response.
15% from Judges.

• Questions from Judges will be based on our set down Auditioning criteria, please do well to study.

• Every winner is a potential Queen and Princes of his or her own people.

• The overall winner In The FEMALE Category will be coronated by our Royal fathers, with an already prepared beaded crown, traditional wrappers, staff, shoulder beads, waist bead, neck and wrist bead and will be given a stool as the "QUEEN OF IZONLAND" with Orientation to uphold the honor and cultural values of the entire Izon-ibe, to work with leaders of the Izon land in pursuit of unity and promotion of values gearing towards building a better Izon Nation.

• The Leadership of the organisation will formally introduce the winner and the different Princesses and Princes to the leadership of the Ijaw Youth Council, Governors (Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers), LGA Chairmen, Kings and Chiefs, Youths President and other Notable Ijaw leaders, the aim is to foster unity and collective responsibility.

• Same is applicable to the men as stated in the previous two above.

• The main event will feature four outings, you are therefore advised to get prepared, they are:

- the customised white top with a Jean trouser  (no bumshots allowed)

- White Linen that can roll around you from your chest to below your knee with one native pot + white/red native chalks.

- a traditional attire to display any skill of your people, e.g, dancing, hunting, fishing, mat making, net weaving, etc.

- Traditional attire of your people when attending an illustrious ceremony (last outing).
