On behalf of my family, members of the caretaker committee, management and entire staff of sgabama local government council.

I, Hon Micheal Magbisa, whole heartedly congratulate the executive Governor of Bayelsa State, the owei tatu-taru 1 of Africa, RT. Hon Henry Seriake Dickson, on his undoubted confirmation by the supreme court winner of the December 2015 and January 2016, Bayelsa Governorship elections petition tribunal and the appeal court respectively, this has shown once again that indeed the judiciary notwithstanding certain perceptions and antics by the opposition all progressive congress APC especially its gubar candidate, Timipre Sylva. Who had taken us aback with his distractions for almost a year.

Remain truly independent with this decisive judgment by the apex court in the land, Bayelsans who overwhelmingly voted for you the great white shark (Ofurumapepe) the countryman Governor, has now been vindicated that they never made a wrong choice. We in Sagbama local government area wish that you remain in good health, mentally and physically so as to be able to deliver the dividends of good Governance to the people of our dear Bayalsa State.
