IJAW STUDENTS CONGRATULATES NDDC NEW BOSS, URGES HIM NOT TO NEGLECT THEM.
The President National Union of Izon-Ibe students (NUIS) Worldwide, Seifere Douye saviour has described the swearing in of Mr Nsima Ekere as the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as a dawn of a new era that will usher in more development and regional revival to the Niger Delta region.
The President, Comr. Seifere Douye saviour stated this on Saturday while speaking at a students sensitization reception held to reorientate izon students and youths in Delta state.
The President thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for inaugurating the board of the commission, describing Mr Ekere's inauguration as the beginning of a new dawn for a positive growth in the Niger Delta region, assuring that with the numerous experiences the former deputy governor had gained over the time, Niger Delta region will experience development in line with the founding objectives and goals upon which the NDDC was established.
He assured the new NDDC BOSS of his overwhelming support to him and the new management team towards achieving great success for the benefit of the Izon-ibe students.
The President also advised the New boss and his team not to follow the footsteps of past regimes who had continously neglected and undermined the Izon-ibe students whom have been saddled with the affairs of meeting up to the needs of all Ijaw students and the development of Niger Delta people.
