IYC EXPRESSES GRATITUDE TO AIRTEL NIGERIA.

YENAGOA: The leadership of the Ijaw youths council (IYC) worldwide, has expressed profound gratitude to the management and staffs of Airtel Nigeria limited, for providing some basic facilities to the council.

The President of the council, Engr. Udengs Eradiri, narrated in his letter that Airtel provided the following for the council, they are:

• A Router for effective Network service delivery to the oronto Douglas library/ICT center to promote reading culture and computer Literacy amongst Ijaw youths.

• Ten (10) Employment opportunities for the council

• Provision of diesel to power the generator at Ijaw house/IYC National Secretariat.

• Technical assistance to further boost the Network around Ijaw house.

The President further appreciated the commitment of Airtel in building capacity of Ijaw youths though gainful employments, qualitative network, and fulfilling their social responsibility by cooperating with their host communities.
